The customer service was initially supportive during the installation of this app. However, I encountered significant issues with the sync system despite investing hundreds of hours and ensuring the auto-sync feature was active, but it failed to work effectively. Attempts to communicate through WhatsApp went unanswered, and my interaction with a customer service agent via web chat was abruptly terminated when they disconnected mid-conversation. I am generally reluctant to share negative feedback, but I feel obligated to inform potential new users about my frustrating experience and the considerable amount of time and effort I've wasted.

I just have a question, When I get an order of something that i've imported from amazon, do i have to manually place that order on amazon or i directly go to the amazon?

A disaster from the time I downloaded it. Don't bother with this one.

No answers to my repeated inquiries regarding setup. Vague pop-up window indicating some problem that was nowhere to be found in my profile or settings, inactive buttons to fix the problem leading me off to email or chat with customer service, but no one was home.

No one responded to the question and it stopped working after importing 10 products.

it was good at first until i putted a different link it didn't work but after it even amazon links didn't work
