The customer service was initially supportive during the installation of this app. However, I encountered significant issues with the sync system despite investing hundreds of hours and ensuring the auto-sync feature was active, but it failed to work effectively. Attempts to communicate through WhatsApp went unanswered, and my interaction with a customer service agent via web chat was abruptly terminated when they disconnected mid-conversation. I am generally reluctant to share negative feedback, but I feel obligated to inform potential new users about my frustrating experience and the considerable amount of time and effort I've wasted.
Enimoh has made importing products from Amazon to my Shopify store a breeze. I love how easy it is to use, and the affiliate features have helped me monetize my store even further. This app has definitely exceeded my expectations!
