Entrego is a technology-driven business solutions provider for the fulfillment and logistics needs of enterprises in the Philippines.
The Entrego App aims to automate the booking of Entrego service by Shopify users. As soon as the order is confirmed, it will be directly booked to Entrego. Shopify store users will also see real-time package status updates depending on the milestone from ensuring it's in Entrego reaches for delivery.
Things to note:
- Clients are enrolled as an Entrego client in the system.
- ALL of their Shopify orders will be fulfilled by Entrego. No option to choose from different courier services.
- Shipping fee is not calculated.
This is where you can see all orders booked under Entrego when you receive orders from your Shopify Stores. This will also let you see the status of the packages depending on the milestone it already reached.
In order to use the Entrego app, the client should be onboarded first as an Entrego client. During onboarding, our team will discuss all commercial related concerns so you'll be informed on how Entrego works as a courier service. As soon as you are onboarded, your credentials will be given to you and you can now put them on the settings page. Do note that we have two phases, testing and production, so you can test it out first before doing live orders.
