Está sendo muito bom usar o app, o suporte respondeu rápido quando tivemos dúvidas, até o momento não apresentou nenhum problema, vale a pena para poder continuar usando o Melhor Envio.
Faltam algumas funcionalidades, mas o suporte deles é tão bom que me fez ficar com o app e evoluir junto com eles. Recomendo.
Nem consegui avaliar. Minha loja só faz entrega no Brasil, mas quando instalei o APP não funcionou. Tentei instalar para testar novamente, e agora o APP aparece como incompatível para minha zona de frete (Brasil).

Você verificou se sua conta possui o recurso de CCS, que o Shopify exige para utilizar o app? E em relação ao app ser "incompatível" com sua zona de frete, é uma anormalidade do Shopify. A gente sabe como contornar essa situação.
