Envia.com ha sido muy útil para nuestro ecommerce y hemos tenido los mejores precios y muy fácil de utilizar e implementar en nuestra plataforma. Cynthia Calleja ha dado seguimiento puntal a todas nuestras solicitudes y apoyado a conectar nuestra tienda en linea con la plataforma para hacer más fácil y ágil el trabajo.
Joel Flores y Gustavo Martínez me ayudaron a configurar y a integrar mi tienda Shopify con Envia. En cuanto reporté el problema agendaron una sesión y me ayudaron paso a paso a dejar corriendo mi página. Además trabajamos un ejemplo para clarificar cómo funcionará una vez que empiece a vender productos. Me quedo muy satisfecha.

If you're reading this, I urge Indian merchants to not use them. This company is SCAM, they don't do anything, don't pickup shipments, don't deliver. Just take money from merchants. There is no support, they don't pickup calls, no answes on emails, and the chatbot is inactive too. They are running huge SCAM in India, beware from them.
Over 3 years working with Envia.com as our logistics partner. Very easy integration and great technology added constantly. Finally a Support Center that's helps with every Carrier in the same place.
Me gusta mucho la aplicación, muy buen soporte al cliente, y siempre funciona como se debe, me había pasado con otras que a veces no se cargaban todas mis órdenes por alguna razón… lo único es que la sesión siempre se cierra y hay que volver a iniciar, pero de ahí en más si la recomiendo
I'm writing this review with utter disappointment and frustration regarding this company's service. A package with an estimated value of $3200 was entrusted to them, only to end up lost, presumably stolen, from their warehouse. What makes the situation even more egregious is the paltry $98 they offered as reimbursement.
This, in my opinion, is an unacceptable business practice and a glaring display of their inability to ensure the safe handling and delivery of packages. Trusting this company with your valuable items and money, as my experience indicates, could lead to a significant loss. I would strongly advise reconsidering before entrusting any of your valuable possessions or investments to this company.
Se utiliza envia.com, es muy sencillo la conexión y sube automáticamente la orden para poder cargar el envió.
La mejor plataforma para hacer tus envíos, excelente servicio y si existe alguna situación la resuelven en segundos!!!
