Yo instalé la aplicación y nunca funcionó, me comuniqué con el soporte técnico de la empresa y no me resolvieron nada. Lo peor es que ya ni me contestas las llamadas.

En la pagina de Check out aparece:

NAO RECOMENDO. Falta de respeito com o Lojista. Paguei um ano de Shopify a vista por conta do calculo de frete e simplesmente me pediram desculpa e disseram que o aplicativo não funciona. Fizeram várias calls e inúmeros contatos e simplesmente recebi um pedido de desculpa.

Ghun khalo Envia walo, Shitt iest! & So broken Company I've ever encountered in my life.

If anyone is planning to join, keep in mind:

1) Your account manager only job is to hand hold you until you've on boarded ( basically untill they sell you ) after that you're on your own no matter what happens.

2) if your 10 product gets damaged or lost ( it's gone forever) you won't get any refund. If you're explicitly behind them they might give you 'wallet balance' for 2-3 products out of 10.

3) if shipments Don't reach on time ( basically even after 25 days ) it's not marked as lost! Nor they have got s calibre to get it delivered, make ofd or anything.

Tons of other things which words cannot define.

Now watch them defend in reply, also this ratings of 4.6 Stars is fake.

I have shipped quite shipments, it's upto you now to believe

Been waiting and waiting for someone to respond to their chat within the app to respond to requests for help to finish the setup. No response - tried 14 hours ago, last night, and for the past hour this morning. No response on FB page. Sent an email - no word back yet.

Intenté instalarla y conectar mi tienda, sin embargo, cada que la instalo me pide loguearme, cuando lo hago, no pasa de la pantalla de login, se queda cargando o dice que hubo un error, intente en varios navegadores y computadoras.

Inicie un caso con el equipo de soporte a inicios de septiembre y después de 1 correo me dejaron de responder, no he podido utilizar la aplicación por un error en su conexión inicial.

Misleading. Does not offer FedEx as a shipping carrier option. I was looking for FedEx and UPS as carrier options. Very deceiving.

Hello Melanin, we do support UPS for domestic and international shipping. Fedex you can add your own shipping account to create shipping labels. If you need any help we can definitely help you.

I'm writing this review with utter disappointment and frustration regarding this company's service. A package with an estimated value of $3200 was entrusted to them, only to end up lost, presumably stolen, from their warehouse. What makes the situation even more egregious is the paltry $98 they offered as reimbursement.

This, in my opinion, is an unacceptable business practice and a glaring display of their inability to ensure the safe handling and delivery of packages. Trusting this company with your valuable items and money, as my experience indicates, could lead to a significant loss. I would strongly advise reconsidering before entrusting any of your valuable possessions or investments to this company.
