Ghun khalo Envia walo, Shitt iest! & So broken Company I've ever encountered in my life.

If anyone is planning to join, keep in mind:

1) Your account manager only job is to hand hold you until you've on boarded ( basically untill they sell you ) after that you're on your own no matter what happens.

2) if your 10 product gets damaged or lost ( it's gone forever) you won't get any refund. If you're explicitly behind them they might give you 'wallet balance' for 2-3 products out of 10.

3) if shipments Don't reach on time ( basically even after 25 days ) it's not marked as lost! Nor they have got s calibre to get it delivered, make ofd or anything.

Tons of other things which words cannot define.

Now watch them defend in reply, also this ratings of 4.6 Stars is fake.

Una atención exquisita, mi asistente esta siempre que lo necesito incluso a altas horas de la noche me ha llegado a responder y ayudar con cualquier duda de la plataforma o de mis envíos. Puedes recargar el crédito para controlar el monto que estás invirtiendo al mes en paquetería, de forma muy segura (me encanta esta función). Y además, tienes el seguimiento, incidencias, cartas porte, etc de todos tus envíos de acceso super rápido. Te mandan bolsas de las paqueterías que haces uso gratuitamente para tus paquetes. Los precios son competitivos y compara muy bien las diferentes compañías de envío. Un 10!!!

El servicio esta increíble! Mi asesora me contestaba el instante que le mandaba mensaje y siempre me supo resolver todo, no batalle nada en sincronizarlo con Shopify y siempre fluyo todo con ellos una gran empresa!

Para shopify esta muy bien, esta facil de entender si tienes una tienda en linea y te pueden dar precio con algunas paqueterias! lo padre es que puedes ir viendo analitics y todo de tus pedidos, clientes, envios, zonas, etc.
