eBay Integration ‑ Infoshore

Transferring products from Shopify to eBay was quick and easy. The app is a great tool for setting up an eBay shop, especially if you have many products. Synchronization of data after orders via eBay also works flawlessly. We had to pay €60 for a small custom code, which I think is reasonable. All in all, I can recommend the app and the support.

Exceptional customer service. The most reliable eBay to Shopify importer. We have been using this app for over four years.

I’ve been with this app for a year, and only recently did my small team and I realise just how many things they had set up incorrectly. They would say one issue was fixed, but every “fix” created another problem — and they repeatedly asked for more money for tasks they could have resolved with a simple click. Extremely disappointed.

I joined expecting my inventory and product data to be handled accurately. Instead, their system created widespread SKU and part‑number mismatches across thousands of products, including brand‑new items their own team added. This led to refunds, incorrect orders, and serious damage to the accuracy of my eBay inventory.

My CSV and supplier feed were correct; the errors only appeared after their sync. I now have over 26,000 products that require manual correction because of the changes their system made. Support consistently deflected responsibility and offered only a small partial refund despite the significant impact on my business.

I’ve had to escalate the issue to my bank and Shopify.

Great app with a very helpful and available support service. We needed some help with syncing some products and the customer service team have been incredibly responsive and understanding. Highly recommend if you're looking for an easy way to keep your stock up to date.

Great customer support, Pankaj was very helpful and reached out to us offering to streamline the import process by informing us of our available options for automation. Through this we saved a weeks worth of time that would have been spent deleting ended listings.

We chose this eBay integration app because of other's reviews and this Infoshore app also seemed to do exactly what we wanted in a way that we could understand (no AI and not too many extras that we will never use). And we are VERY pleased we did - the support and communication from Pankaj and team has been second to none! We are a small Australian company and needed some time to tidy up our eBay store and get rid of our old ecommerce platform and they were patient, supportive and understanding. When we were ready to migrate they have been professional and their communication is always so prompt and accurate and efficient. Awesome app with amazing and responsive tech support! I am used to having confusing apps with limited documentation or outdated features but eBay Importer does everything it says and more!
