eBay Importer by Infoshore

I needed this app for a client. The import worked without flaw, but unwanted code that was placed in the ebay description by the client was affecting the export file. The eBay Professional Importer support team went above and beyond to help me resolve this issue. The small investment was well worth the time savings, and I would absolutely recommend this app to anyone needing to move an ebay store to Shopify.

If you require the unit price on your products, DO NOT get this app. It does not import the unit price. I have asked them to do it, gave them permission to my store and they changed something in the code, DESPITE the unit price being an option in the product view on shopify. They did not even implement it correctly. After they reverted the changes, they told me they would work on importing the correct thing. That was 1 month ago. They told me numerous times "We are working on it" "I will update you tommorow" (Sometimes didn't even update me the next day and straight up ignored me), but it is still not done. Would have been a lot better if you just said you are not capable of doing it, instead of wasting my time.

I used this app to transfer more than 1000 ebay listings to shopify. I am very thankfull I didn't have to do it manually. The Support team helped with every question I had and even did some work I couldn't do myself. Communication was pretty slow though, but probably due to different time zones.

Good App. Saved a fair chunk of time for me.
Only critism would be if you could bulk edit/ add item descriptions or just not import them as my ebay descriptions are are not suitable for my shopify store. Also being able to bulk add categories before importing would have saved me a few more hours.

WORST APP EVER!!! IMPORTED ALL MY PRODUCTS..I THEN MADE CHANGES TO THE LISTINGS IMAGES, DESCRIPTIONS AND VARIATIONS...NOT LONG AFTER THEY WHERE ALL DELETED!!! ALL THE TIME I SPENT ON SHOPIFY AND THIS APP DELETES IT WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! ONTOP OF THIS THERE IS NO WAY TO RECOVER WHAT THEY DELETED!! I SPENT 2 WEEKS ORGANISING EVERYTHING NOW IM BACK TO SQUARE 1!! DO NO USE THIS APP!!

Honestly, can not rate this app highly enough.. Ive never left a review for anything in my life, but this app is amazing, and only just saved me like 5 million hours work, so i think leaving a review is the least i could do...
I have been dreading relisting my 2000 ebay items onto shopify or another platform for months, but, thankyou little baby jesus, this app made it so easy. Well and truly worth the price and the support from Pankaj was very helpful and responds quickly..

Good app for importing eBay listings, would have given 5 star rating but app did not correctly transfer shipping costs based on my shipping criteria.

Does not sync with ebay. Also pictures do not update. .........................................................................
