Customer service is responsive and can work with you. Can handle larger accounts as well if you reach out to them. The best eBay synch out there.
I have been using this app for around two years and it's been fantastic. Easy to use, if you make price & inventory changes on eBay they sync straight away. Importing is simple. Customer service is great and always helpful and fast to address any issues. Highly recommend :) Dan - Subie Shop.
Sehr tolle App! Zum Import von Produkten von eBay zu Shopify bestens geeignet. Wir nutzen auch die Preis- und Lagerbestandssynchronisierungsfunktion und bis jetzt läuft alles einwandfrei. Der Support ist auch jederzeit erreichbar und gibt bei Fragen ausführliche Hilfestellung. Top!
This was an absolute life saver. Imported all of my items from eBay to Shopify in one day with the click of a button. Syncs perfectly. An item sells on eBay and it’s automatically removed from Shopify. This is what dreams are made of. The customer service is personalized and quick to respond. Extremely helpful! Five stars all day!

This app is the real deal. Before I found this app, I struggled to find a way to easily import ebay items to shopify. After downloading this app, I wanted some additional functionality, and I emailed customer support. I was immediately provided with a solution to my problem.
