eBay Importer by Infoshore

eBay Importer is the best way to get your eBay inventory into another selling platform, and keeps your inventory synced up well between eBay and your additional platform.

Whenever I've had questions about the eBay Importer, someone on their team replies within one business day with solutions. The whole team over there has been outstanding with their customer service.

We used this app for around 2 years from back when there was no other competition but we have now thankfully moved on. 2 years of stress, problems, unhappy customers and worse.

To briefly explain, we have a large store, 8000+ items. All matched and imported from eBay, most of the time it works ok. But it is slow to spot new eBay items and even then, not all of them. This led to discrepancies of stock. Sometimes it would decide not to correctly amend stock. One of our final straw issues was finding that over 1000 items had never been imported dating back almost the 2 full years!

Contacting customer service with an issue was painful. I would explain an issue and then next thing "Thank you for your concern, I have now changed X,Y&Z on your website" this would normally have the opposite or a problematic affect on our website and wouldn't actually resolve the issue. Normally causing us more issues. One of the worst app experiences of my life.

This app has been so bad, my wife has commented on how often I complain about how bad it is. But back 2 years ago there was no company that did exactly what we needed except this one so we had no choice. It was so bad we actually took the plunge to move the week before Black Friday! Which was a risk, but I am so glad we did it.

Now there are loads of other options out there and most are much cheaper. Best of luck!

App used to work great, and technical support used to solve issues. This is sadly no longer the case. Now the app regularly creates quantity mismatches between channels, requiring significant labor to monitor and fix manually. And whereas issues used to be addressed and actually solved, a band-aid is now applied so the same problem can happen again and again.

Been unig the app for a couple of years, mainly to integrate eBay with Shopify.

Excellent and responsive support though we do run in to issues from time to time, all resolved in a timely manner though.

Customer support is great and Pankaj really helped me.
App itself is great also.

So far so good and really helpful service. I have a book store and the data they have helped import through other channels is a great time saver.

Dont waste your time or money, no support responces whatsoever once I paid for the app and then the app would only work occasionally which is not great when setting up a shop.. very poor service indeed
