I have just uninstalled this app, nothing wrong with it, however their code is still in my liquid code and causing error to show on my website, to my customers!! why can't apps remove all their code or at least tell us how to do it, I need someone to reach out ASAP and fix this. giving one star until you fix your mess
Support is lacking and can be improved. So far pleased with the app, some features can be improved. Managed to get in touch with the co-founder and issues were resolved quickly, feature requests are also worked on as well. NIce fella.
love this app but lately it wont load and was giving error 404 codes on website. i defiantly would recommend if it ever gets fixed! can't wait to add it again :D

I just installed EPICA. I was very easy to connect with my data and setup in the e-commerce. Its great how the combine multiple solutions into one like Predictive Search and Recommendation Banners. What I liked to most is that they have a Cluster Builder were they group each shopper based on the searches and interactions that had with the website to properly allow me to retarget them not only via email but in multiple forms.

Bought through Appsumo, failed to perform the promised "recommend from same collection", and the worst of all, if you don't "track inventory" in Shopify (within normal usage specs), the app won't recognize & recommend these products. Their workaround is, I quote "recommendation is that you increase the inventory to 1m units so that it does not run out and the search engine can display the products." This is after nearly a month of emails and sending them reminders every few days.
Servers are slow, customer service is terrible. A lot of features seem half-finished. Integration doesn't match the theme (page width etc.) and it looks really bad on mobile. Pretty disappointed.

promete mucho pero no cumple, no se puede instalar correctamente, me parece una lastima! deben tener cuidado los desarrolladores con este tema.
