Support is lacking and can be improved. So far pleased with the app, some features can be improved. Managed to get in touch with the co-founder and issues were resolved quickly, feature requests are also worked on as well. NIce fella.
I have just uninstalled this app, nothing wrong with it, however their code is still in my liquid code and causing error to show on my website, to my customers!! why can't apps remove all their code or at least tell us how to do it, I need someone to reach out ASAP and fix this. giving one star until you fix your mess
This product recommendation app is a huge time saver when you are doing your personalization strategy. They have a great product recommendation engine that automatically reminds customers about products they might be interested in and work very well with the search. ROI has been 8x for recommendation AI, and we expect that to increase significantly.
