Large selection of products. The printing is excellent. Integration with shopify is easy and fast. Branding opportunity. Customer service excellent. If they are not online they always follow up via email. If there is one thing I hope they can improve is the sewing bit as sometimes missing stitches and hanging threads can be seen. Quality check before sending can help all this. This will help us to ensure quality is guaranteed when products are being send to our customers. Besides that they are really lovely people willing to help.

Im in the us. The customer service is pretty quick. They respond via email and will work with you on requests for your store. Don't think they won't respond because they will. It may take a few days but that's because if time differences I worked with Paul and he responded back and forth about my shipping requests. He was very responsive and did a great job!
