The products are great quality with a lot of variety to pick from. The customer service is great! The team has been quick to respond and help navigate any issues that have come up. Eve on their customer support team has been my go-to contact and she’s been super helpful! I can’t say enough good things about her attentiveness and level of customer service. I cannot say enough GOOD things about Inked Joy. Their customer service has been great, but everything I have ordered has been top notch. The products are great quality and I couldn't be happier. The only thing I wish is that their mockups were a bit better, or we had different options, but that is the least of my worries. I am LOVING working with Inked Joy for my POD store. Very highly recommend them

I've always received an excellent service from Inkedjoy with prompt responses to any questions I may have. It's a great starter app for anybody starting out who wants to brand their merchandise with a label, tags, bag, etc., and at an affordable price, too . There is room for improvement in the app itself, but overall, I highly recommend.

Thank you Wendy for your timely reply to my signup/processing questions. I have installed InkedJoy and like the looks of it so far. My only disappointment is that there are no Product reviews to share with Customers, which is typical of the POD business. It would also be really helpful if Store Owners could leave reviews on the products so that we can get a sense of what we want to include for products.

This is a great site to create wonderful designs. Its very easy to use compared to others POD.

Excellent ! I have used several of the main stream POD sites and their have nothing on Inkedjoy.
We are all in this biz to make money with Inkedjoy you actually can! With the others their prices are so high for the EXACT same products you can only do $2-$3 markup.
5Stars across the board Shipping times are NOT that much different either!

So many designs, and so many colours! Wendy is a pleasure to work with and she is super helpful! We are starting our store and brand soon, and we were worried about a supply, but we are no longer worried because of InkedJoy!
