Don't be fooled by all the 5-star reviews you see on Shopify (or Trustpilot).

I don't know how they managed to get them, but based on my experience, I highly doubt they are legitimate.

Basically, if you have a problem with your orders (processing time, for example), you'll find the service to be completely mediocre.

Orders waiting to be processed for a month (in the middle of the Christmas season... help!)
The person who is supposed to be my account manager doesn't respond to my numerous messages. And the other person in customer service only knows how to give you generic answers (it's being processed, it's in progress... same answer after several messages), which don't help you deal with your customers' frustration.

Getting a refund is a real battle.

I'm trying products made directly in the US to see if they are treated better than those from China.

PS: the quality is okay... nothing more.

Great quality shirts and very smooth transaction. The fabric feels nice, and the prints turned out exactly how we wanted for our merchandise. Will definitely order again!

Inkedjoy has always been good to me over the years. Customer service has been helpful. I understand the time differences that some complain about but I do not have a problem with.

I've been working with InkedJoy (EPROLO) since 2020 and have been happy with the service so far. Wendy is a true gem to work with. When I ran a biz on Etsy, InkedJoy became one of the primary PODs I worked with. Now with Shopify, the working relationship continues.

When a friend was looking to source additional income to offer products, I suggested to her InkedJoy. I gave her the links, plus a few tips on how to make it a profitable venture for her. What's great about InkedJoy is if you have any concerns that need to be addressed, just ask. They always have an answer for everything.

i like this app. it is a great app. I designed for my store but didn't get an order yet. hope the quality is good. the verity of pictures is nice and easy to use. I hope they will add some more products for printing. great app! the only thing I don't like is that i found out that some items i put in my store doesn't exist anymore and there is no way to know it but check every day my all products

I've always received an excellent service from Inkedjoy with prompt responses to any questions I may have. It's a great starter app for anybody starting out who wants to brand their merchandise with a label, tags, bag, etc., and at an affordable price, too . There is room for improvement in the app itself, but overall, I highly recommend.

The print quality is very clear and vibrant. The turn around time is much faster than any other POD service i've used. The communication is clear, concise and quick which I really love most, showing that they are very aware of your needs and willing to take care of them right away. There is a really great selection of AOP products to chose from which is really great. I plan to continue using Inkedjoy for my brand needs and I'd definitely highly recommend this POD service to anyone looking to start a small clothing brand. Very quick, efficient, and reliable.

Started my POD shop a few months ago, but just recently discovered InkedJoy. Love their suspender dresses! The all-over-prints come out vibrant and perfect! Wendy has been such a great help with my branding and also resolving an issue with one of my orders. Can't wait to see the new branding on future orders!

May-2024: InkedJoy continues to provide excellent customer service. I noticed errors in my design that Wendy helped correct quickly before the products went to Production. Definitely top-notch service.
