EPROLO‑Dropshipping & Branding

Brilliant search functions and great user interface. A great alternative to the larger most well known website! From what I have seen so far I would highly recommend!

It appears to be a good app but I have had too may issues with them within 2 months, all seem to be lies and false hope. NO US WAREHOUSES!! The following issues have occured: lost package without letting me know until I figured out something was wrong with the tracking number, tracking numbers are almost useless, sent wrong color/size to customer after waiting 3 weeks, express shipping was posted 7-10 days, but it took 15 days for one and 16 days for another item. It is now 06/05 and my customer still hasnt received package ordered 04/25. Update: Customer finally received package from 04/25 order on 06/22. They are offering me a refund at least.

This app provides a great alternative for getting access variety of products. The customer service response time is very good.

The price of the Prodcuts are OK, but the shipping is almost X3 of the product price the worse thing is that this products are taking 20 to 50 days to arrive to the US. very rediculous shipping prices and delivery time. A pair of shoes that cost $14 they chrge $18 for shipping. Imagine you can find the same shoes here in the US for under $15 includding shipping. I will remove all this products and delete the app because EPROLO is abusing, I came here becuase the shipping was FREE then becuase of covid19 they put "EXPRESS SHIPPING" for $3 per item now just found out that every product is up to 3X more for shipping of the product price, very rediculous.. this business going bad. since I started I have refunded over 8 customers lamost 50% of my customers got refund/cancelled orders because of the products they dod not have them or because the clien complained that the product never arrived, when you call USPS and aske them for details with tracking number provided by eprolo the USPS says Eprolo have not sent them any package.

Eprolo offers quick customer support to help with any problem that may occur. But overall great doing business with them.

Love the product selections for both men's and women's fashions and the shipping choices are great. Great job guys. Thanks from the team at Heavenly Tease.

I am using this app and have found some excellent features not provided by others. What I like is that they ship orders themselves and, let's say someone ordered 6 items, they will send all together. Besides they have express delivery 5-8 days for the US and free delivery options for elsewhere. And last but not the least, they ship out packet branded under your own brand and logo!

This is the best app for dropshiping they source for you best products and they offer free shipping which is great

LOOKS GOOD SO FAR! LOOKS EASY TO USE! A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT IF THEY REALLY CAN POST IN 3 DAYS, IT WOULD BE WORTH EVERY CENT
