Good app, stands upto my need and all features are very useful, products delivering very fast compare to other emarketplaces and other suppliers.

The products are displayed randomly and you have to dig through the pile of products to find what you are looking for. It would be to group them into several categories

I used this app to help me do drop shipping. I really like how it does perform. It would be nice if it did faster fulfillment.

I was very excited about this app @ first, but there are some serious problems. First, if you live in an English speaking country, you need to do considerable editing of photos and text for your product information to make any sense. This is very time consuming. The biggest problem, however, is that after going though all of the trouble of editing and uploading products from this site, your clients may not be able to order them. I did a test and 18 of the 28 products I uploaded caused my clients to receive a message that one of the products in their cart could not be shipped to their address. Unfortunately, a client looking at this message might abandon their cart because the message does not specify which product is causing the problem. I removed all but 10 of the items that I uploaded form eprolo and don't intent to upload any more. I had to put in too many hours of work for something that does not provide my clients with fast drop shipping, or worse, they can not order the item @ all.

they don't ship the products you order out. instead they wait multiple weeks and tell you then that it's not in stock. they will offer you store credit but won't offer an actual refund. we only have this still installed to try to use our store credit, and they have messed up multiple orders since then even still.

I have been asking them to delete my account for over 2 weeks, and they have not done it. I don't know why this is so hard for them to do. Just delete my account already! Ticket #SEJT0: Delete My Account

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS APP. The support is really terrible even though they SAY they have 24/7 support -- they don't. Product selection is very limited, plus all the products that they DO have do not have accurate sizing, photos and information. Shipping is expensive and unreliable, tracking information is not correct (tracking numbers are fake or non-existent). The worst part is, they will SPAM you with emails saying that your Eprolo account has a new order -- even if the order is meant for a different vendor/supplier. This app will try to hijack EVERY SINGLE ORDER that comes in, even if it isn't meant for them. STAY AWAY!!!!!

This app/company just sucks, period. Shopify should not have them listed on the app store.

@Shopify you guys need to get rid of this horrible app!

I am still fighting with this company to delete all my information. they won't do it, they are making it so difficult. First they said they needed the tech team do delete my data, and now they are saying that my agent is the only one who can do this. BE CAREFUL with this company. Once they have your information they won't let it go. I am about to hire a lawyer to sue them to get my data deleted. This is getting so out of hand.

They never deleted my information. I reached out to Shopify support, I've spoken to my "account manager", I've emailed back and forth for weeks, and they still have not deleted my account information. These people are the worst. I give up. I don't have time to continue fighting these incompetent fools.
