Lola Wong was so helpful with refund from a returned item by a client. Shipping to USA has also improved to less than 10days! I love using Eprolo!

Very useful app. The biggest advantage is having account manager who responds quickly and very helpful all the time(shoutout to Ella). Also shipping time is very consistent, usually less than 20 days.
