When the process works it’s great and orders are generally delivered within 10 days, but when it goes wrong it’s really bad and leads to a very poor customer experience. The fast delivery with Express shipping can take up to 4 days processing before even shipping the orders out which leads to long delivery times. Have also had several missing and incorrect orders shipped to customers.
started off rocky however things turned around. my customers love the products. wish it didn't take that long to process. defeat the 5-8 shipping process even when I paid for express shipping
the app what any other app do in term of importing products to your store in efficient way and professionally, unfortunately couldn't fulfil my orders through the app because it was the time of the pandemic COVID-19. so i didn't had the chance to use it further as everything came to a halt, would have give it more stars if i was able to follow the progress of fulfilments
Customer service is great, and the products for me are like anything else you have to choose what audience you want to reach and find a product here that matches that, my major beefs are I dont know what time customer service opens cause I tend to only get responses after 7-8pm CST time in America, another issue is the inventory info, if my store is connected to the inventory it should auto ...
The thing that is scaring me the most is that I see all the reviews and the company has not responded to the reviews with a resolution to the customers with complaints. This shows me that you will be very inattentive to me as a customer. I haven't ordered anything as of yet, but PERCEPTION is everything. Although the cloths are cute.
I do not have much to say yet as I have not fully launched my store! However, the communication and response with my agent is pretty great! Once my business take off and I have been with them long enough I would be back to give a better review! For now, as a beginner its a great place to start!
I use this app to help me sell products on my website and so far I am satisfied and have not been disappointed at all.
This company is not awful but it does have it's major flaws that I can warn you about that I wish I knew before I worked with them: 1. Beware, that all items are shipped from china. It may say US WAREHOUSE but you must have "stable sales" for them to use it they say. So if you are starting out and trying to build your brand, they ship from china just like aliexpress. Your tracking for customers ...
Had some communication and shipping issues, never got a refund or an apology. Was not impressed with the support.

The product was great just like the ad said, but it took to long on shipping. It came in on 22nd of February 2019 But the order was place on 15th of January
This was not for a customer it was for the Shopify Owner, This was a test product. To see how it all goes. Shipping Sucks
