Eprolo drop shipping is a wonderful experience for me and easy to use and very convenient to build your own e commerce store

Eprolo is very helpful. I have been using eprolo for a number of my stores and it is really helpful each time I use it. And the customer service is even better, the agents are always really helpful and kind

I've had an all around great experience working with Eprolo. Shipping is fast, they can handle high order volume, and they're able to source any products I need at a lower price than is available on Aliexpress. But working with my agent Bella is especially what has made this such an amazing experience for me. Bella goes above and beyond to make sure all of my dropshipping needs are taken care of. I will happily continue working with Eprolo, and would recommend them over any of the other dropshipping service providers I've tried.

Eprolo is the worst dropshipping agency I've ever worked with and I strongly advise against even considering working with them. Here are the biggest problems I've experienced:

Unreliable delivery times: Promised delivery times are completely unrealistic. Even if you pay extra for faster shipping, orders regularly arrive much later than stated. Customers are frustrated and this has a direct impact on your business.

Lies and incompetence: The support agents, especially Evelyn, are the epitome of unprofessionalism. One day you are told that a problem is solved, the next day everything is different again. You are obviously being lied to just to keep you quiet.

No responsibility for mistakes: If Eprolo makes a mistake - be it with the order, the product, shipping or communication - they take no responsibility whatsoever. Refunds? Not a chance! Instead, you are fobbed off with empty promises.

Poor product quality: The products delivered are often of inferior quality. This destroys customers' trust in your business and not only costs you money in the long term, but also your reputation.

Incorrect tracking information: The tracking numbers provided often don't work or show incorrect information. Customers are constantly asking where their order is and you can't provide a reasonable answer.

No transparency: From costs to delivery times, Eprolo is a mess. They don't keep their promises and leave you in the dark about what's really going on.

Poor communication: Customer service is extremely difficult to reach. When you finally reach someone, you feel like you're talking to a wall. No real solution, just standard phrases.

If you are looking for a dropshipping agency that is reliable, honest and professional, then Eprolo is the worst choice you can make. Your business deserves a partner that keeps its promises - and that's definitely not Eprolo!

iI just started using EPROLO recently after starting my Shopify store. EPROLO is the only drop shipping company I’ve seen so far that is free to use which is great for us beginners. My experience with them has been good. Lots of products to choose from and they respond quickly to import product and service costumer is replaying soon
