Had some communication and shipping issues, never got a refund or an apology. Was not impressed with the support.

this app is amazing their response time and customer service is pretty good and ill always do their express shipping helps my business tremendously. limited products but its the best of all the products on ali so you know you are getting them from a good trusted distributors eprolo has a guidelines for their suppliers and if they do not meet their standards they do not add their products witch is a very good confidence booster for my business. A1 service highly recommend!

Do not use this supplier, not trustful at all. I ordered two products to test and in both products they screw it... one was not the right pattern and the other was not a correct size. I asked a refund and nothing till now. I already send them pictures that clearly shows they sent the wrong products and they keep not refunding me. Also the quality is very poor, they show photos that are not at all equivalent to reality. They dont care at all about their customers...if this was a test order i guess they should make all the efforts to keep clients...but if they do this in a test order , i can imagine in the future...

I have tried soo many different apps and finally came across this one which is amazing! i love the point system.

The app is very good for dropshipping. Products are a good price with normally good shipping deals. Good rewards system to up your shop's ability and give the incentive to make more sales!

The product was great just like the ad said, but it took to long on shipping. It came in on 22nd of February 2019 But the order was place on 15th of January
This was not for a customer it was for the Shopify Owner, This was a test product. To see how it all goes. Shipping Sucks

So far liking this app. Wide product selection and fast delivery. Highly recommend for shopify dropshipping stores. Branded invoicing is also a nice little touch. I like that it also offers fast international shipping at affordable rates.

I really like this app we are just getting started and the products and description are wonderful.

Not a bad app. Had an issue with one or two products where the images didn't get imported to my store. The kicker is they advertise free shipping and shipping times 5-8 days, but to get that shipping time you actually need to pay extra for express shipping. Otherwise they will just send via epacket which is 10-20 days. So just beware the extra costs of keeping your customers happy
