Not experienced enough with them since they are in the initial stages. But I can say for now that the customer service is 100/100, very nice, and they respond very quickly and thoroughly. I hope everything will be fine.

Eve was very helpful in sorting out an issue with products not being able to be sent from Aliexpress to Eprolo.

Eprolo is the best! Eve, provides great customer service and their range of products is pretty broad. I also love how their app and website are easy to navigate!
