they don't ship the products you order out. instead they wait multiple weeks and tell you then that it's not in stock. they will offer you store credit but won't offer an actual refund. we only have this still installed to try to use our store credit, and they have messed up multiple orders since then even still.

I have been asking them to delete my account for over 2 weeks, and they have not done it. I don't know why this is so hard for them to do. Just delete my account already! Ticket #SEJT0: Delete My Account

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS APP. The support is really terrible even though they SAY they have 24/7 support -- they don't. Product selection is very limited, plus all the products that they DO have do not have accurate sizing, photos and information. Shipping is expensive and unreliable, tracking information is not correct (tracking numbers are fake or non-existent). The worst part is, they will SPAM you with emails saying that your Eprolo account has a new order -- even if the order is meant for a different vendor/supplier. This app will try to hijack EVERY SINGLE ORDER that comes in, even if it isn't meant for them. STAY AWAY!!!!!

This app/company just sucks, period. Shopify should not have them listed on the app store.

@Shopify you guys need to get rid of this horrible app!

I am still fighting with this company to delete all my information. they won't do it, they are making it so difficult. First they said they needed the tech team do delete my data, and now they are saying that my agent is the only one who can do this. BE CAREFUL with this company. Once they have your information they won't let it go. I am about to hire a lawyer to sue them to get my data deleted. This is getting so out of hand.

They never deleted my information. I reached out to Shopify support, I've spoken to my "account manager", I've emailed back and forth for weeks, and they still have not deleted my account information. These people are the worst. I give up. I don't have time to continue fighting these incompetent fools.

I would give zero stars. They lie about the delivery time. I had several charge backs from customers and ended up losing lots money.

Although they have a wide selection of product; shipping is not as they claim. There shipping is not faster than aliexpress. When express shipping is selected and paid for; they will charge you for express shipping, but do not ship express. When asked for a refund of express shipping fee they will not return it and tell you the item is already being shipped. Express shipping is also not available on all items as they make it seem, and you won't know what items are allowable until you go to place an order. If you can wait until whenever to receive items then go for it, but if your looking for a supplier with reasonable shipping timeframe; then this not the company to go with.

I have been working with them for over 6 months:

+ Delivery available to most countries. Other suppliers have less countries to deliver
+ Prices for some products below

- Inconvenient balance replenishment system, but if you immediately pay for orders with a credit card, then this is not a problem.

Addition: support has become worse... We have to wait for an answer for 3-4 days. Now there are problems with orders, but they do not help to solve them. They say they will check and you have to wait a very long time.

After I put 1 point, they began to work better and suggested that I raise the mark. I raised it to 4 points. Now I lowered it to 2 points so THEY AGAIN PAY ATTENTION TO MY PROBLEMS!

This app does not do what it states. It's express shipping times are always off and never on time! I have wasted so much money paying for express shipping. When you order a lot of items they either dont send it all or send you the wrong color. They will use your logo if you pay for it but the brand tags will be in each piece of item. You dont pay any monthly fee but there is levels, if you spend this much money you will go into the next level and get extra stuff such as free customized tape and all that, however that is fake! Everytime you get closer to reaching that level they will change the rules and move the free stuff to the next level. NOW THEY DONT EVEN SOURCE PRODUCTS! you have to do everything manually! You dont get full refund like you do in aliexpress. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

This company is FRAUD. I have reported this to Shopify Support as Fraud. Do not use this Eprolo to get the products you want on aliexpress as they always gonna reply to you with sourcing issues, no own stock, and LIMITED suppliers which is the reason that they always say PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK when ordering a product you want like in aliexpress. They DON'T work with the same sellers of aliexpress as they have own limited suppliers. Talking to your assigned eprolo assigned account manager is useless as well as they will just leave you with the problem, saying they will take your concern into consideration in the future. They are only capable of supplying their own EPROLO products. Now I have to move like 70% of my store products which are alie products back to Oberlo.

I used this app and the delivery time is not what they claim. Even with you paying the extra amount for 5-7 days the delivery is the same as on Aliexpress. I tried them twice to make sure, and each time I was highly disappointed.

I doooo nnooootttt recommend. Orders are taking days to be quoted. Agent will not respond on time. You willl have orders pending for 3 days meaning they haven’t even been half processed. Don’t not waste your time. If you wanna give good service to your customer look for another app. Do not download. My customers will order a certain item and they “ didn’t have it” that lead them send them a different item. I could’ve jut download another dropshipping app and my customers will at least receive the correct item. Also they charge you 20$ just for shipping. Doooo nottt use it.

The price of the Prodcuts are OK, but the shipping is almost X3 of the product price the worse thing is that this products are taking 20 to 50 days to arrive to the US. very rediculous shipping prices and delivery time. A pair of shoes that cost $14 they chrge $18 for shipping. Imagine you can find the same shoes here in the US for under $15 includding shipping. I will remove all this products and delete the app because EPROLO is abusing, I came here becuase the shipping was FREE then becuase of covid19 they put "EXPRESS SHIPPING" for $3 per item now just found out that every product is up to 3X more for shipping of the product price, very rediculous.. this business going bad. since I started I have refunded over 8 customers lamost 50% of my customers got refund/cancelled orders because of the products they dod not have them or because the clien complained that the product never arrived, when you call USPS and aske them for details with tracking number provided by eprolo the USPS says Eprolo have not sent them any package.
