Pathetic shipping time frames....usually 17 to 19 days, even after you pay for a shipping selection that shows your item is going to be there in say, 7 to 12 days. Whatever shipping selection you make, shipping times frames are NEVER what you actually PAID FOR because you can pay for 7-Day shipping and spend the money to get your item there faster and it's still going to take 19 days. The customer service by the girl named Eve is completely pathetic, she only responds to your email or your request for information if there's something in it for her to gain like a commission for her in her next paycheck. Furthermore the company offers incentives to give them a good review which is clearly against Shopify policy and basically what Shopify would consider to be illegal usage of their App and using unscrupulous means to coerce people into leaving a good review... in fact that's what I'm responding to now because they offered me an upgrade of how many products I'm allowed to import if I leave a good review, but I'm not going to leave a good review because it's not good here at all, and the out of stock problem here is off the chain with about 75 to 80% of what you are carrying on your website right now is probably actually out of stock !! Eprolo does not care about having items in stock until you get an order and then they go run around chasing their tail to try to find your item that your customer ordered. I would definitely change drop shipping companies but then that would mean starting all over and I've already done that because of the same problems with the previous DropShipping Company I used before but this company CERTAINLY is not a viable solution to any E-commerce store on any platform if they are doing any decent business.
Sometimes here you can have an order and think everything's all right and you find out three days later that the item is out of stock....after your customer, ( unbeknownst to them ) thinks the order has been processed because they already received an order confirmation email and here they are 3 days in after their order was placed and they don't even know that their order actually isn't even in stock to begin with....and then when the order is in stock and the product is actually available you'll find out that it sits in China for 7 days before it even gets on a boat to go to its destination of your customer, that's why it takes 19 days for them to deliver because the item sits in their own originating country for 7 to 10 days before it's even on the way to your customer this is absolutely no way ever for you to please a customer with shipping time frames and you will simply never get a reorder from any customer ever ever because of this. I ordered Christmas presents off my own websites and one of my orders took exactly 30 days to arrive !!! 30 days, can you believe that !?!?.. and that is supposed to be a legitimate shipping program for your customer, that's pathetic !! Holidays or no holidays, those orders were placed around the 15th of December and even in a worst case scenario should have been there before December ended but it took a full 30 days which in anybody's view should be considered pathetic to even imagine that your customer is going to wait somewhere between 19 and 30 days to receive their order and that customer, I assure you, will never reorder from your store, they will run far away from your website !
Sorry but nothing good to say here. There is one guy that works here named Rick who is excellent at customer service, he is the only bright spot with this company. I have been using this company for over 2 years too, so this is not an inexperienced person talking either. UPDATE; APRIL 2026....My order still in China, 13 days after it was placed, hasn't even left China ! Another out of stock on yet another order, had to do ANOTHER pitiful " substitution "....Gee, customers LOVE THAT, RIGHT ? Pay for 8-15 days shipping ( already PATHETIC ! ), GET 19- 30 Days instead....NOT what you paid for and then they won't refund a partial amount to compensate. I'm a short lifer here ! Disgusted, fed up, repulsed by the ignorance ! Who accepts 70% out of stock rate and 19 days shipping time frames ?!?!?!
Find a BETTER SOLUTION !

By the way, all the good reviews here are because people were compensated with increases in product limits they're allowed to import or other incentives to write a good review. I've gotten the email BRIBES more than several times over the past two years..DEFINITELY AGAINST SHOPIFY APP STORE POLICY !
Spoke with an agent gave some useful information but was not clear on exact information of the communication of purchases and shipping after the site is up
Im coming here to warn you all before you waste HOURS downloading and editing countless titles.
The shipping guarantee that they promise is a full blown lie!
It takes 18 days MINIMUM for shipping
I hate to write such a review but I feel this needs to be said.
The customer service is terrible.
Good luck getting ahold of anyone when you need a answer quickly.
There are on a different time zone and it can take about 24 hours to get a answer and even then its not usually the correct question that needs to be answered. So you re-ask the question again and wait another 24 hours.
THEN here is the real kick in the pants.
If you import any items in the URL area ( importing Ali Express items etc.)
they charge you a extra fee on top of the original price as a "finder fee" because according to them theyre needing to "find" the item.
I had a item that normally costs me $3.50 they bumped it to $12.00
plus shipping.
I was forced to buy off-line because of this price increase.
I contacted Shopify right away and they contacted the company and the company said they didn't do it.
However I have copies and screen shots proving what they did and them also admitting to it.
Because of their 'finder fees" unethical business practices and lack of customer service I deleted over 600 + items , hours of time, including me paying someone to write beautiful descriptions on each product.
THAT should tell you right there just how serious I am.
1. your shipping isn't 4-8 days its 18
2. I also paid for speedy express shipping on one item because I was told the item would take a month and the item STILL isn't delivered., I now have a upset client. The express shipping was refunded to me however they admitted that it was never applied to the product and they're " sorry"
3. $400 down the tubes to hire someone to write product descriptions that cant transfer to a different company even if its the same product.
I wish someone would've warned me like I am warning you.
Use at your own risk.
DON'T IMPORT ITEMS THROUGH THE URL feature it will cost you extra.
