Erplain Inventory

J'utilise Erplain depuis 2 mois et je suis très satisfait, nous avons enfin notre ERP en mode blockchain avec Shopify et Quickbooks, tout interconnecté. Cela nous permet de gérer notre stock, nos commandes online&offline B2B et B2C de façon très optimisée, idem pour l'interco pour la compta. La solution est bien pensée. Bravo ! Dante

After using a different system for almost a year with poor results, I was amazed to see that only two weeks after using Erplain, we had gone live and were using it without any issues. It's clean, easy to understand and really accessible, even for staff who have never used a stock and warehouse management system. The integration with Shopify is seamless. We were able to import all our products directly from Shopify, it works perfectly with Shopify Point of Sale as well as with shopify orders online. We're delighted with it and within a week, the entire staff was using it and enjoying its benefits. No long training needed, no expensive onboarding, almost plug in and go. I do wish it would have accounting connectivity with XERO, our accounting software, but apparently it's on the cards!

Après de longue recherche et de devis sur les solutions en ligne et non en ligne. Celle-ci répond à 90% de mes besoins et est peu couteuse au final. Je peux enfin gérer mes stocks, mes achats (commandes de réapro ) Le catalogue en ligne est super pour les réassorts facile. Fini les commandes sorti de sms ou mails à retranscrire en bon de commande. Je gagne considérablement du temps. L'équipe technique est très présente pour vous aider à le mettre en place. Le seul point faible est de ne pas pouvoir une assistance téléphonique pour les urgences. Je recommande a 100% cette solution miracle

We’ve tried a lot of inventory management app (OrderHive, Emerge App, Unleashed Software, TradeGecko, Zoho Inventory, etc.), and seriously, Erplain is the only great option out there for a small business if don’t want to ruins yourself and have a solution with good used interface and experience. At first we where worried by the small number of review (that’s also why we tried other software), but the fact that it’s also available French, the smart user interface, the support team and, of course, the price made it our #1 choice. Also if you’re searching for an affordable option to keep tracks of your items in consignement (if your a small manufacturer or designer that sells to consignee), this is the definitive option!

Where do I start? This has been a lifesaver! Arnaud and his team have this locked up! Looking for a great multiple location inventory system with most of the bells and whistles of the $$$ ones but for $? I looked into all the other, I gave them a test run and when it came down to it I was unwilling to pay $500+ a month for an app when I really only needed 5% of what they were capable of. Erplain does what you need, simple as that. I even requested an extra filter to make ordering easier for multiple locations..and they delivered it in 4 days! The team has the patience to walk you through (more than once for some of us slow learners)
It takes time to get comfortable with it like any app, but you'll be happy you did. I came into this app quite backwards and had my work cut out for me, but if you are smart, you'll download this and get it installed BEFORE you open up more locations. Customer service has been the best I have ever received. Timely answers to questions and concerns to get you back to focusing on your business.
