Stay Away, Nothing but problems out of the gate. App didn't work properly, unable to show customer info, and Nothing but issues. I managed to ship a few packages and was double-billed for one. Then apparently there were some system issues and incorrect shipment details were displayed, eshipper tried to charge me an additional $576 due to their system error. Still dealing with customer service to refund over a dozen additional charges that were not authorized. What a nightmare.

Did not integrate very well with Shopify. Created all kinds of headaches for us despite their timely customer service. Loss money on mismatched shipping rates. Deleting app today!

Great app that integrates my site to my stock at EShipper without me touching a thing. I am really happy with how EShipper is trying to make the lives of their clients easier.

I had some communication and trust issues with the assigned young and fearless "account manager", but Imtiaz (his boss) was involved in the case immediately and resolved it professionally and respectfully.
Honestly, it is a good platform. We've worked with more than 5 similar shipping service providers and eShipper is one of the best for seamless integration with Shopify. The most competitive pricing that we've noticed are UPS and DHL in many cases, and even Purolator once in a while.
Overall I would recommend the service. It's definitely worth trying.

E-shipper has been a game changer for us! The cheapest shipping rates (Canada Post, UPS and Purolator) out there and their team is a JOY to work with. Their API also makes it really easy to buy postage since it removes all of the manual data entry and auto sends tracking numbers into Shopify. Can't imagine running our business without it!

eShipper is a great platform for discounted shipping rates. It connects easily with Shopify and pulls in orders onto their platform and labels created with a few clicks. I've got 30-40% lower rates than the Shopify shipping rates and the best thing is you are not limited to Canada Post. You save time and money with eShipper.

Easy to set up, great rates and excellent service. I was able to download the app and start shipping the same day. Within 24 hours, a dedicated rep phoned me to on board and get me started.
