After many years of good service, suddenly, in September 2024 everything changed:
- New buggy and unpolished app;
- Suddenly, cannot purchase Canada Post label anymore... Arguing that we need to deposit all our daily package to 45mn from our place and not at Canada Post directly anymore.
- Pricing of UPS also skyrocket in September 2024 without any reason.
Sorry to see sunch a decline in what used to be a very good entreprise.
I have been using eShipper for over 5 years and can't see myself without it, for all Canadian small businesses it's a must if you want to save on shipping within Canada, USA and worldwide A+ and special thanks to Ahmed
I definitely ran into some issues with this service but mostly it came down to rates quoted not being final shipping rates. Overall, the rates are not competitive with rates you can negotiate yourself. And I really disliked the adjustments made and how they would just 'charge to my card'.
Their team did go above and beyond to keep my business though.
