We've been using eShipper for 2 years now and have been very happy with the service and tech. Great carrier selection, rates and customer service.
After many years of good service, suddenly, in September 2024 everything changed:
- New buggy and unpolished app;
- Suddenly, cannot purchase Canada Post label anymore... Arguing that we need to deposit all our daily package to 45mn from our place and not at Canada Post directly anymore.
- Pricing of UPS also skyrocket in September 2024 without any reason.
Sorry to see sunch a decline in what used to be a very good entreprise.
