the app works well with shopify and the rates are reasonable. But after using it for a couple of years and having shipment lost with many $K's in claims, eShipper DOES NOT reply to ANY CLAIM.
Not worth the risk, it only takes them to lose 1 shipment and any gain from their rates are gone....

The eShipper Shopify app has made fulfilling orders so much easier. The automation features are super helpful - from syncing orders to generating labels, everything runs smoothly.

It’s saved me a ton of time and made my shipping process way more efficient.

We've been using eShipper for 2 years now and have been very happy with the service and tech. Great carrier selection, rates and customer service.

This app worked well for few years but in Q4 2024 it stopped working. The Shopify App does not work, does not provide access to product boxes, weight, dimensions, etc.
Requested customer support for weeks. No reply
Checked eShipper website. No way to get support

It is a ghost company now. We will have to remove it from our store.
