This app is a great addition to my store. It's very easy to use and has a lot of customizations available for any theme. I had an issue about the colors not reflecting onto my site, but Samuel helped me resolve the problem within 2 hours. Would highly recommend this app or any other app Essential Apps has!

Highly recommend. Easy to use a nice amount of customisability but it's the support that's been a stand out for me. Have needed two things tweaked so far and support was fast and the requests actioned perfectly. Highly recommend.

It is doing the job as expected. It could have options to place multiple announcements at different locations, but I am satisfied with the current setup. Good job.
Thank you for your review! 💖 You could place a few Announcement Bars when you choose "Custom position" on the Placement tab, and paste the Bar ID or Snippet code into the App block/Custom liquid block. If you need any assistance with this, please do not hesitate and reach out to our support team.

The style provided is great, but I don't think it fully meets my needs:
1. Banner clicks cannot add coupons to customers
2. The scrolling rate cannot be adjusted for different platform, it is too fast on the computer side, and the mobile phone side is very moderate

I really like this app! Even though I just installed the app I really like all the customization options for the announcement bar. I had a small hiccup with the bar showing on my website and Samuel helped me in a matter of minutes! Very impressed with their support and I am already looking to add other apps created by this developer. Highly recommend!

No Live Chat, but you don't need it. Email response is fast and any little issue, or in my case, slight modifications, are done quickly. It's impressive!

Samuel was a great help with customisation requests. Emails were picked up very quickly (within a couple hours) and once the change as confirmed, he was able to make the amendments in the code within 5-10 mins. Great service!
