No Live Chat, but you don't need it. Email response is fast and any little issue, or in my case, slight modifications, are done quickly. It's impressive!

I really like this app! Even though I just installed the app I really like all the customization options for the announcement bar. I had a small hiccup with the bar showing on my website and Samuel helped me in a matter of minutes!
