It does what it says, and works well. The support team is very responsive and were able to resolve the few questions we had to get it working the way we wanted it to

I would not recommend this app to anyone. They put me through a really awful experience where they completely disrupted two of my sales pages just before I was due to go live to thousands of people.

They published a page on my website without my consent and made drastic stylistic changes that left the page looking like a total mess. All of this was done without keeping me updated in chat. They simply went ahead and started editing without letting me know what they were doing.

I had to send countless messages asking them to revert the page and received very little communication in return. In the end, I removed their collaborator access and had to fix the mistakes myself.

I ended up launching to my audience 30 minutes late, which created additional customer service issues and unnecessary stress at a really critical moment.

I cannot stress enough how disappointing this experience was, and I would never allow them access to the backend of my store again.

Edit after reading their response:

Removing collaborator access was not the reason they were unable to fix the issue. It was my absolute last resort after repeatedly asking them, through countless one-sided emails, to stop making changes and revert my website while they continued editing my live store without responding to me.

My pages had become so disrupted that I could not launch at the scheduled time and had to delay by 30 minutes to thousands of visitors. I removed access only once the site was finally back to an acceptable state, so I could protect my store and complete the final fixes myself. No business owner should ever have to take that step just to regain control of their own website.

We're genuinely sorry for the experience you had, and we completely understand your frustration.

Our intention was simply to help: adding the announcement bar to your template page from the 3rd-party template builder, just as you requested, and making a small padding adjustment to the custom Liquid block.

Unfortunately, we were unaware that changes were being made to the same page at the same time, and not only to the custom Liquid block.

When we noticed something had gone wrong with the styling, we immediately escalated internally to our senior developer and reached out to the 3rd party template support team to restore the page to its previous state. We were actively working on a fix when collaborator access was removed, which meant we were unable to complete the restoration.
