It was a little rocky getting it set up since it wasn't initially compatible with my theme. Still, the support team was so responsive and personally worked on my problem overnight while I slept (they had it done in less than 3 hours from the initial support ticket to resolution)! They were kind, responsive, and knowledgeable.

Works as it should! Would love it if we can add in additional fields to collect from user on the collection form (e.g. instagram handle so we can reach out via IG, or phone number too)
