its warking great
Excellent app and outstanding support experience.
We were facing an issue with our countdown timer placement on the product page, and Matas from the Essential Apps support team resolved it very quickly. He identified that the old timer ID was still connected and updated everything correctly without needing unnecessary access to our store.
The app works well, looks great on our Shopify store, and the support was fast, professional, and genuinely helpful.
Highly recommend this app to other Shopify merchants looking to add urgency and improve conversions.
Special thanks to Matas for the excellent support!
Thank you so much kind words!
We’re really glad Matas could quickly identify the issue and get everything working properly for your store.
Providing fast, efficient support while keeping things simple and hassle free is always our goal, so it’s great to hear that reflected in your experience.
It’s also wonderful to know the timer is fitting well into your store and helping create the impact you were looking for.
We truly appreciate the recommendation and your support!
