The app has been working like a charm. I encountered my first issue today on view count after upgrading my plan, which was quickly addressed and resolved by Wendyle. The prompt response and resolution was much appreciated, thank you.

These guys are amazing I asked them to add a countdown timer to my store and… wow. It looks incredible. Super friendly, fast, and it adds the exact urgency you need to boost sales. If you’re not using this, you’re leaving money on the table.

Excellent app and outstanding support experience.
We were facing an issue with our countdown timer placement on the product page, and Matas from the Essential Apps support team resolved it very quickly. He identified that the old timer ID was still connected and updated everything correctly without needing unnecessary access to our store.
The app works well, looks great on our Shopify store, and the support was fast, professional, and genuinely helpful.

Professional, fast, and efficient service. Jemuel helped me make visual changes to the counter through the application code in a very short time and with several personal instructions.

However, I have one suggestion: I hope the countdown timer can appear horizontally on the screen, instead of just vertically.
