Every time I tried adding the timer to my collection or product page, it wouldn’t appear. I had to reach out to customer support, and since they don’t offer 24/7 service, by the time they fixed it, my sale had already ended.
Thank you for your feedback. The changes we implemented were specifically for the timer, which do not have the ability to alter the header or navigation bar. We reached out to you multiple times with an explanation and also offered additional assistance as a gesture of goodwill.

I used this app and it works but I wish it was a little more customizable. Mainly I want to change the font size for mobile devices.

We tried to contact you via your Shopify store email and through the customer success page on your store. Unfortunately, we haven’t got a reply.
