I have contacted Support a couple times and have had a seriously quick reply every time. I have had nothing but great experience with this app and their support and have been testing with great success their Shopify apps before considering upgrading.
I recently worked with Matas, who was extremely helpful, very quick, understood my issue and helped me resolve this within literally minutes which I was super pleased about.

Really happy with the widget. Works really well out of the box, easy to customize and to add it to your product page.

I needed support for a small issue and it was fixed in the same day, which really suprised me.

Nice app to help customers understand the timeline of when their order will arrive. Especially helpful for times when we know orders take longer than normal (like holiday periods)
