Essential Trust Badges & Icons

Excellent app and excellent customer service!

The app is simple to use, effective, and does exactly what we need. I recently experienced a technical issue, and Jemuel was incredibly helpful. He quickly identified the source of the problem and fixed it completely.

I was very impressed with his responsiveness, efficiency, and excellent support. Thank you so much, Jemuel!

I highly recommend this app, especially for the quality of the customer service.

Easy to setup, looks great and excellent customer service!

I installed Essential Trust Badges & Icons to help build trust on product pages and on the drawer/basket section - Super easy to place and tweak the design.

I had an issue with random text (not because of the app) appearing near some icons and Juan from the support team had it sorted within a couple of hours, although technically it wasn't their issue, which is why I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Highly recommended!

We've been using Essential Trust Badges for our Shopify store and have been very happy with it. The app is easy to set up, looks great, and offers a lot of customization options.

What really stands out, though, is the support. I contacted them with a couple of design requests, and Sebastian replied incredibly quickly—even on a Saturday. He not only implemented custom CSS changes for our store, but also took the time to fine-tune them until everything looked exactly as we wanted.

He also forwarded one of our feature suggestions to the development team, which shows they genuinely listen to customer feedback.

Outstanding customer support, a great app, and a team that really cares about helping merchants. Highly recommended!

Been a pretty good tool. I would recommend it and support is always helpful.

The support I received from Juan was amazing!

So far so good! Easy to use and does a great job. Only been using 10 minutes and created 2 Icons

Vandaag de app geïnstalleerd en de 1e bannertjes aangemaakt. Er was een klein probleem met de weergave maar Matas heeft dat binnen de 10 minuten opgelost. Topservice!

Great app! Works fine, it is easy to set up and the support is very helpful.

un app che non solo ti permette di creare con tutte icone disponibili ma anche di posizionare il banner in qualsiasi punto e tutto gratis!

Jemuel was very helpful and responded to my questions quickly. I really appreciate the clear and friendly support. I highly recommend this app! Thank you very much!
