However, I would like to suggest adding a feature that displays customers’ points and provides them with options to redeem them at checkout. This would not only encourage customers to continue using the app but also enhance their overall engagement.

I love this app. This app helped me to set up my loyalty program on my store. It was very easy to set up and it was very quick. I recommend this app for you. Moreover there is a free trial and a free plan that are available for you that you can start with. After you can upgrade to a paid version but I can assure you that the free plan is also going to be great. I'm currently on the free version and there are a lot of features there.
