Essential Loyalty is an excellent app that has really made my website shine. Overall, the experience has been fantastic; the features are great, and it offers the flexibility I need to fully customize the loyalty program to match my brand.

Easy to set up and gives a lot of options to tailor the rewards program to my specific store.
I thoroughly enjoyed using this app. The customer service is exceptional. However, I would like to suggest adding a feature that displays customers’ points and provides them with options to redeem them at checkout. This would not only encourage customers to continue using the app but also enhance their overall engagement.
