Great app, get in there while it's free! Very clean interface, simple to use with lots of great guidance on best practices and fast support. They even customised the font for us in a matter of minutes. Customers love it, highly recommended!

Pretty easy to set up, so far we haven't had any issues. I love how clean the UI is too. Some things I'd like to see in the future could be further customisation on tiers and maybe adding an incentive after x amount of orders, but everything is really smooth

Some features haven't been built out yet which I hope will come along (searching members by first AND last name; sorting members by number of points or orders; seeing more Member Activity history than the 7 most recent events; hard to identify/view members' points redemption events). Overall though this app was easy to integrate and support was helpful in addressing a bug I experienced at the start.

Ma première impression est excellente. L'application a toute les fonctionnalités dont j'ai besoin. Pas de superflu et tout est personnalisable. Pour l'avenir, s'il faut traduire en beaucoup de langues, il manquera peut-être la traduction automatique, mais, pour l'instant, la méthode manuelle est suffisamment bien faite. Je vais encore tester mais cette application est vraiment une excellente surprise. Je vous encourage à la tester.
m.a.j. : L'assistance est rapide et de qualité. Pas de temps perdu. Quelques manques sont à noter, mais ça n'est pas grave.

My first impression is excellent. The app has all the features I need. No frills and everything is customizable. For the future, if many languages need to be translated, automatic translation might be missing, but for now, the manual method is well-done enough. I'm going to test it further, but this app is truly an excellent surprise. I encourage you to test it.
update : Support is quick and high level. No wasted time ! A few things are missing but it's not a big problem.

Unfortunately, the app is just as ineffective as the support team. After a month of struggling with various issues and receiving the same repeated response, "there is no issue on our side", I have no choice but to look for another solution. It's a shame, especially considering the time lost.

SO far so good - would love the option to export customers within the app as well as filter members by certain things like number of points etc.

Easy to setup and really well-done! Let us have the "leave a review" rewards and the customer reward page and this will be hands down the best loyalty tool out there

So far a really great app and does exactly what I want it to. Simple to use and easily customisable. Will be great when they work out how to also embed it on the customer account screen.

Super easy to set up and all my customers are automatically signed up to it when they buy anything, bringing them back for more! Great app

This app was essential to my migration to shopify since my previous cart had a built-in reward point system. However this offers so much more with the combination of rewards and referrals. Awesome so far.
