We’ve been using this app to build the loyalty experience for our streetwear brand UNDC, and it’s been incredibly effective so far. The UI is clean, the point system works well, and it integrates seamlessly with Shopify.

We especially appreciated the ability to customize visuals and create a branded rewards page that aligns with our campaign aesthetics. Some advanced features are locked behind a paid plan, but the free tier is more than enough for early-stage brands.

Highly recommended for merchants who want to build a premium loyalty ecosystem without needing code.

Pretty easy to set up, so far we haven't had any issues. I love how clean the UI is too. Some things I'd like to see in the future could be further customisation on tiers and maybe adding an incentive after x amount of orders, but everything is really smooth

Some features haven't been built out yet which I hope will come along (searching members by first AND last name; sorting members by number of points or orders; seeing more Member Activity history than the 7 most recent events; hard to identify/view members' points redemption events). Overall though this app was easy to integrate and support was helpful in addressing a bug I experienced at the start.

Super easy to set up, completely free with no hidden limits, and it works flawlessly. The loyalty rewards system looks clean, professional, and integrates perfectly with our store. It's rare to find apps that offer so much value without any catches.
Big shoutout to the team for creating something this good—and keeping it free! Highly recommend for anyone looking to level up their customer experience.

Unfortunately, the app is just as ineffective as the support team. After a month of struggling with various issues and receiving the same repeated response, "there is no issue on our side", I have no choice but to look for another solution. It's a shame, especially considering the time lost.
