It is a great APP, it has everything you need.
It has all the necessary rewards to build customer loyalty,
free shipping, discount voucher, free product.

Programs to create client categories by status (gold, silver, bronze)

depending on the number of points that you, as administrator of the APP, define.

It is very very customizable, you can add expiration to the points,
You can add or deduct customers' balance.

I personally review each App before installing it because they could alter my store settings, but this APP is very friendly even with that.

The support team helped me redirect me to create a custom user account.

They respond very quickly, are very efficient and responsible.

One of the best Loyalty Apps I have come across and deciding to use this was and to migrate our webstores to it was an easy decision. It offered us features not standard on most of the Shopify Loyalty Apps. The pricing was also not based on the amount of customers already registered with us. We migrated from Magento and have 20,000 customers which means many of the apps want a lot of money but not Essential Apps who have a very fair pricing structure and a well thought out app which offers features normally only found in the more expensive apps. I am very happy and I intend to move all 4 of our Shopify stores to the Essentials VIP Loyalty Program over the next few days. Giving this was 5 Stars was easy given the features and how easy it was to setup which took less than 30 minutes. We are based in Ireland and our websites are within the EU.
