This shipping app has a great feature that allows me to exclude products from the shipping bar based on the product or tags. We really needed this feature, and the app is a great fit for us. However, there was a small issue with the free shipping bar function, so I sent an email. The customer support team responded quickly, and the issue was resolved satisfactorily. Thank you so much. I uninstalled this app over a month ago and they are still charging me even though I followed the proper steps!
