SecureIt's experience with Essential Upsell has been very good. We added it when we moved to Shopify and our upsells $ totaled 700% vs what app cost was last month!

It is a practical and effective solution for upselling and specific product promotions that is easy to set up, even without advanced technical knowledge. It definitely helped us increase sales and average cart value and the team have been very helpful whenever we had questions or requests.

Great customer service! The team responds quickly and is very receptive to feedback. We flagged repeated, unnecessary pop-ups that kept appearing even after we had addressed them, and they fixed the issue promptly.
One improvement we’d love to see is more customization for the variant section. A cleaner layout with clearer labels for options like color and size would make it easier to navigate, especially when multiple variants are displayed together. We appreciate how responsive the team has been and look forward to future updates!

Cart offers broke the item list height on our Halo theme. Support escalated it and their dev team shipped a fix within a day, plus a positioning recommendation for the theme. Responsive support, which is rare.
Very functional app - works great and can offer different views for B2B and B2C customers. This app coupled with their Free Shipping progress bar app have substantially benefited our AOV. Good support team - very responsive, highly recommend.

I'be been using this app for about 5 weeks now. Set Up is easy and intuitive with enough cusomization options. Further layout options would be welcome, though (e.g. 3 product recommendations next to each other instead of underneath each other).
Support ist truly oustanding. They responded within minutes and fixed my issues swiftly. Be it custom CSS or general questions, Juan and Matas helped me very effectively.
Can recommend.
