I've been using this app for a while now and I'm really satisfied. The features work great, but what really stands out is the support team. Great app! Worked well to not only upsell, but also to help us add value-add services that are free to the customer by combining the cart page upsell with some automatic discounts!

It does exactly what it promises and was straightforward to set up. But what stood out most was the support. Matas was genuinely helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly for our store.
The Essential Upsell app is great - it allows us to easily add all types of upsells to our products, and has all the settings needed to customise them how you like.
When called upon, the technical support is excellent too. Today Samuel quickly diagnosed and fixed a small issue with multi-variant listings.

Easy to use app. Has exactly the functions I was looking for! Able to add product suggestions to product pages without being a bundle option. Has worked smoothly.
I was about to cancel my subscription because I had having issues with the app, I contacted support and Angelica helped me! Her communication was quick and easy and she had my plugin set up and working for my store in no time. Would definitely recommend this app. It works great with themes, the customer support is amazing and it helps you convert with higher AOV :)
