Excellent customer service, all Essential apps I have work nice and smooth, I have been using it from the beginning and they are those type of apps that stay there no matter the changes in the website for their reliability.
Spot on and fast customer service from Matas, he helped me solve an issue in my cart drawer easily and professionally.

I'be been using this app for about 5 weeks now. Set Up is easy and intuitive with enough cusomization options. Further layout options would be welcome, though (e.g. 3 product recommendations next to each other instead of underneath each other).
Support ist truly oustanding. They responded within minutes and fixed my issues swiftly. Be it custom CSS or general questions, Juan and Matas helped me very effectively.

Very functional app - works great and can offer different views for B2B and B2C customers. This app coupled with their Free Shipping progress bar app have substantially benefited our AOV. Good support team - very responsive, highly recommend.

I was about to cancel my subscription because I had having issues with the app, I contacted support and Angelica helped me! Her communication was quick and easy and she had my plugin set up and working for my store in no time. Would definitely recommend this app. It works great with themes, the customer support is amazing and it helps you convert with higher AOV :)

Great support over email, very fast response. No chat available yet. App is highly customisable, though I cannot select the relevant offers I am after, but that might be more of a Shopify limitation.

So far the app has been great. Easy to set up and looks nice on the site. We did need help for the popout cart placement but the support team fixed it for us same day. Great customer service! Pricing seems fair we are pleased.
