Great support over email, very fast response. No chat available yet. App is highly customisable, though I cannot select the relevant offers I am after, but that might be more of a Shopify limitation.

So far the app has been great. Easy to set up and looks nice on the site. We did need help for the popout cart placement but the support team fixed it for us same day. Great customer service! Pricing seems fair we are pleased.

Really useful app. Easy to set up and customise. Would recommend.
Would love to have some more design options (colours etc) for the Post Purchase offer if it is possible!
The Essential Upsell app is great - it allows us to easily add all types of upsells to our products, and has all the settings needed to customise them how you like.
When called upon, the technical support is excellent too. Today Samuel quickly diagnosed and fixed a small issue with multi-variant listings.
I highly recommend.

Great app! Worked well to not only upsell, but also to help us add value-add services that are free to the customer by combining the cart page upsell with some automatic discounts!
