The app works really well for taking Pre-Orders and was critical to getting the functionality I needed. The tech support is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. The only reason this is a 4 star review instead of 5 is that there are a few areas that I would like a little more control (pre-order eta dates, customizable tags for order status, more email customization options) but other than that, I am please with the app and support so far.

Easy to set up and good response time from support.They only issue is you can;t set up the limit, you have to load them manually which is a pain.

Great for customer-facing pre-ordering. Seamless integration and set up. Customer support team was great. The one thing that this app does not do is change the shipping date on our fulfillment side - we have to do this manually.
it has worked well so far sometimes when stock is updated its does sometime take sometime to change back from the Pre-order button but it has generally been useful and allowed me to still make sells and manage my new stock its generally very helpful and I've used other software that are just nowhere near as easy accessible as this application or work aswell.
The app is great. but there are some issues regarding to preorder. some preorder products is not showing as a preorder. The payment option also. We are hoping that you can consider Philippine merchants to activate full options for Full payment and partial payment without using shopify payments. Because Shopify payments is not currently available in Philippines. Hoping this could be change in the future for your Philippine users/subscribers. Thank you
Nice easy and functional app for pre-orders, most user friendly to set up. I am just wondering if it is possible to add badges or labels to the product and collection pages showing it is a pre-order product. However the contact support buttons are not working so cannot reach support.
I got very good customer service from Matas, who were very quick at solving the issue I had.
Easy to set up and works great for me. Solved the split payment issue I was struggling with for some time. Continue your good work to offer more solutions.
